We are committed to the well being of our community and planet: we purchase only Certified Organic and Ethically Traded Chocolates. We use only organic ingredients when available and list all non-organic ingredients(Nellie & Joe's Key Lime Juice is our only non-organic ingredient). We choose Organic because we hope to provide you with the purest chocolates available while bearing less of a burden on our planet's resources. We choose Ethically Traded chocolate because we are happy knowing our chocolate comes from farmers that are being provided with living wages for these quality cacao beans.
